The most up-to-date quantitative data and objective methods were used in all steps of the index construction process (indicator construction, data processing, weighting and aggregation).
The ITS Index is constructed as a data-driven, unbiased, holistic and reliable index that aims to test the extent to which ITS affect and improve individual quality of life.
